1.Acceptance of Term through use.

Before you can submit ads, you must read and agree to these Ad Publisher Terms and Conditions. By advertising on this site, you (“Ad Publisher”) are agreeing to these Ad Publisher Terms and Conditions, and are agreeing to be legally bound by these rules. This agreement is subject to change by the owner, Intertainia Productions Incorporated (“Company”), of this Site, NoCostAds.com (“Site”), at any time. The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement, and the Ad Publisher will periodically check this Agreement for any changes. Changes are effective when posted on this site without notice upon each Ad Publisher, and each Ad Publisher is advised to check this Ad Publisher Terms and Conditions for any changes, periodically. If you do not agree to these Ad Publisher Terms and Conditions, please leave now.

• “Site”, as referenced in this document means: The web site in which you access the services of this Site.
• “Company”, as referenced in this document means: The Site's owner, Intertainia Productions Incorporated, a Pennsylvania Corporation.
• “Ad Publisher”, as referenced in this document means: any person/user who has, or intends to, submit (an) ad(s) to this site.
• “Viewer”, as referenced in this document means: any person/site user who is viewing the material, using the Site Services, or accessing the Site.
• “Ad”, as referenced in this document means: a customized web-page presentation of information furnished by a Customer.
• "Draft Ad", as referenced in this document means, an Ad submitted to this Site's Classifieds, but not yet activated by the Ad Publisher for public display.
• “Active Ad”, as referenced in this document means: an Ad having permission to be posted, and is searchable by Viewers of the Site.
• “Paused Ad”, as referenced in this document means: an Ad having permission to be posted, and has been removed from being searchable by Viewers of the Site.
• “Deleted Ad”, as referenced in this document means: an Ad placed in a state which declares it to be permanently removed from the Site.
• “Service”, as referenced in this document means: Via the Company's Site, the Company shall manage, operate, and govern an Internet-based Classifieds System used to generate custom, searchable, web-pages containing information furnished by its Ad Publishers.
• “Agreement”, as referenced in this document means: This Document; this Site's Ad Publisher Terms and Conditions.

3.Description of Service.

This Site shall be used by the Company to manage, operate and govern an Internet based Classifieds System used to generate custom, searchable, web-pages containing information furnished by its Ad Publishers. Site site offers no other services, partnerships, or responsibilities to its Ad Publishers.

Ad Publisher shall read, agree and periodically check for changes to this Site's Privacy and Site Use Policy.

The Ad Publisher hereby warrants and represents that he or she meets all the following criteria.
• Ad Publisher is NOT a minor, and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this Agreement.
• Ad Publisher is not using this Site or any of the Company Sites, and Services to perform any acts that could be determined to be illegal.
• Ad Publisher will not publish ads containing Adult, or Adult related, material.
• Ad Publisher will not spam, or bulk post referral links.
• Ad Publisher will not post abusive, liable, slanderous information.

The Ad Publisher understands that this Company is sole owner of code, material, and information, used, submitted or posted on this site. All Ad Information is therefore property of the Company, and the Company may, but not limited to, publicly display Ads, remove objectionable material, and investigate the accuracy of Ad information.

Ad Publisher understands that he or she is fully responsible for his or her own tax obligations. The Company, Participants, Ad Publishers, third-party agencies, or anyone other than the Ad Publisher are not responsible now, or ever, for the Ad Publisher's tax obligations.

Ad Publishers are responsible for providing all personal computer, software (i.e. Web Browser, media file reader, etc) and communication equipment necessary to gain access to the Site.

To access the Site and its Services, the Ad Publisher must use a URL provided via the Ad Publisher's Email Address to activate, or make changes to their ad, etc. To ensure proper security for the Ad Publisher, the Site Services, and all Site Ad Publishers, the Ad Publisher agrees to keep their unique ad's URL strictly confidential.

To meet the Company's intentions of providing a safe, efficient, and satisfactory Service for its Ad Publishers and Viewers, The Company reserves the right to review any mistakes, omissions, or incompleteness in any documentation, Services or Agreements, and declare it a ‘typo' and correct it ASAP without it being any declaration of wrong-doing, or liability.

Ad Publisher will not initially join, submit information, or use this Site's services, if he or she has any questions associated with the Services, the Site Use, Ad Publisher Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Help/FAQ's, or the basic overall function of this Site. The Ad Publisher is cordially invited to use the Site's “Contact Us” information to obtain the needed information he or she needs before joining.

The Ad Publisher can cancel, delete, his or her Ad at anytime, by using the Ad Publisher's Ad's Unique URL sent sent to the Ad Publisher via email.

The Company shall have no duty to render Service.

14.Changes to Services.

The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to improve, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently change any Service, with or without notice to the Ad Publisher. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any Service.

Free.

· “Draft Ads”, (unposted and unsearchable) will be removed from this site, typically after 1 week after submission.
· “Active Ads”, (paid, posted and searchable) will become expired after 1 month (30 days) from date of activation. During this active period, the ad can be removed from public viewing, by Deleting the Ad via it's unique URL sent to the Ad Publisher's Email.
· “Deleted Ads”, (unposted and unsearchable, and marked for permanent removal), will be removed periodically by the system, and will not be recoverable by the user. Note: Do not Delete Ads unless you have completed a sale, or you have no intentions of using the Ad again.

MEMBER'S ONLY RIGHT WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS SITE OR THE COMPANY, ITS SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL BE TO TERMINATE USE OF THIS SITE. FOR NON-PAYING MEMBERS, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY AMOUNT ARRISING FROM ACCESS, USE, OR VIEWING OF THIS SITE.
